"For what its worth - I do NOT recommend this property to anyone .
1) their USP is a pool and a pool view. Great in pics - not so much in person.
2) Their food is can definitely be better. Inedible sambar . Felt like being in the US - same breakfast essentially everyday except for 2/3 items. Idli sambar, boiled eggs , chicken sausage or something similar , bread and assortments , a chai that takes forever to refill . underwhelming .

"The villa that we booked and paid for was denied us. There were 2 men sitting cross legged eating their curry on the floor when we arrived and they said they knew nothing of our booking. Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic. "The room has basic facilities like kettle (no milk, tea or water), TV, geyser and AC. Only small house converted to hotel, there is no reception or service staff. It is very near to the Palolem Beach. Good if you only want to stay at night. As it located in village area, day stay is not recommended. Price wise OK."
