"Great customer service but definitely not worth the money. The hall outside smelled horrible, elevators were super slow, couldn’t park in our reserved parking spot that was changed for us twice due to someone else being parked there so we just parked away from the building. The property wasn’t really cleaned great, there were stains on furniture/ lamp shades and shower was still dirty. Didn’t seem like the floors were mopped either so we had to wear our shoes as much as possible walking around...

"Me and my partner booked this for the 4th of July holiday weekend and we were not even able to take a hot shower upon arrival. I messaged the host at 1am asking to have someone come and fix the water the next morning and they said they would send someone but I had to send multiple messages to the host until around 11am the next day to be told it was no hot water for the entire building not just me so to just hold on pretty much.. extreme inconvenience and no offer of reimbursement was mentioned....

"The condo was nice. Neighbors are very quiet, no issues. Getting in and out was easy. About a mile walk to World of Coke and the Aquarium. Grocery store a short walk, as are a lot of restaurants. "
