"The hotel was great overall. The staff was very nice, with an exception of 1 and the hotel room was very nice for the price. The only complaint I had about the room was the shower squealed obnoxiously but everything else was great"

"Hotel is pretty old. Main rooms are updated bathrooms are not. Elevator did not work very very old building that this is in. Pool was very clean and warm and heated and they had towels. Cool little airplane inside the building. Coffee and tea available all the time. No breakfast prices were outrageous the weekend we stayed because of so many events in Columbus would’ve not usually picked this area to stay in and paid over $300 a night for a room I should’ve paid about 125 for."

"It was clean. Staff was friendly."

The information given by Expedia to the Red Roof Inn was all generic name and information. Red Roof had no way to alert me that our reservations were not held. On a weekend where there was the marathon and a big concert there were not...

"I booked this room after a terrible experience the previous night at another hotel in the area. Everything was just as advertised."
