"私はツインルーム(朝食付き)で予約をしましたが、チェックインでは全く違うものでした。 まず、当日案内されたのはドミトリールームでした、私達はカップルでしたし、ほかに女性の方もいたので、ツインルームの部屋にするように要求したところ、それにはアップグレードになるので追加料金が必要だと言われました、しかし予約はツインルームだし、女性の方とは同じ部屋には宿泊出来ないからと言って、支払いを拒否してツインルームに入りました。 そして、予約が朝食付きにもかかわらず、朝食代を請求されました、スタッフには何度も朝食付きの予約だと話しましたが、聞き入れてもらえませんでした。 Expediaに電話をして、予約がツインルームの朝食付きであることを確認出来たので、ホテルに連絡してもらおうとしましたが、フロントの営業時間が時間外のために明日の8時まで待って欲しいと言われましたが、明日は8時には出発するので、間に合いません、ホテルでの朝食はあきらめました。 スイス最後の夜でしたが最悪です、スイス旅行も台無しです。"
