"Room wasn't even vacuumed , maybe my fault because I asked for an early chech in . Staff were awesome. Location was great for what we needed. "

"A very clean room walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants "

"Nice stay. Quiet location. Very comfortable bed and warm aircon. The pool looked nice but too cold to use at this time of year. Maybe a small microwave in the room might be handy. TV was a good size. Parking at the door. Friendly and helpful staff. New owners are lovely."

"Clothes dryer in accommodation was not working Internet was substandard. Aircon worked well. other facilities were great in the apartment."

"Bed and bathroom clean. Air conditioner excellent. Hot water pressure in shower a bit lacking. TV unusable. Small ants all over any food near the microwave."

"Issues with checkin, could not checkin untill 6.30pm very annoying. Room was dirty with cockroaches, musty smell. no key was for lock up was provided. TV did not work. Nosies tapping on the wall and windows at night, our children were terrified. pet could not go outside overgrown grass and junk. Stains on the sheets overall very very disappointing. "

"What stood out was loved the home, high ceilings, timber floors, good size rooms, enclosed verandah, great location, clean, comfortable beds, we enjoyed our stay at Xanadu"
