"We had 2 rooms. In one room the phone did not work, The TV remote would not hold batteries with the tape provided, and the toilet had trouble flushing. In the 2nd room, our feet were black after walking barefoot in the room for the evening. For both rooms, the key cards took multiple attempts to let us in. Most run down hotel I have stayed in… very poor for an airport hotel."

"Paulina and Anna were both great representatives of the brand. Hilton’s “budget” line did not disappoint here. Everything you need. Clean. Wireless phone charging was cool, didn’t have to get anything out of my bags. Overall a great stay."

"It was nice and quiet. Decent rooms, but could use updating."

"I think it was odd that you had to pay for parking since you were already paying to stay at the hotel.. also the bathroom that we stayed in had poor pressure, so it would not flush. Other than that, it was alright."

"Very plain and cold. not very comfortableb need was very hard. Towels are thin. didn't have the breakfast. Smelled like a basement .... Damp"

"The front desk clerk was terribly interrupted with my request to check in, I interrupted whatever she was watching on her phone. She commented she just got there and only works for 4 hours. Sooo unwelcoming. Room was very small but served it's purpose for an exhausted traveler for one night."

"The bed was hard. There was no conditioner. The hair dryer did not work. The freeway noise was very loud. Bathroom was in need of repair."
