It is very near to the Palolem Beach. Good if you only want to stay at night. As it located in village area, day stay is not recommended. Price wise OK."

"The villa that we booked and paid for was denied us. There were 2 men sitting cross legged eating their curry on the floor when we arrived and they said they knew nothing of our booking. Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic. "Only 6 rooms,with fan,air conditioning,shower ,toilet,wash basin.The water was always hot. The rooms are a good size with sink,one tap,mugs,plates and cutlery kettle large fridge but no cooking facilities. Large bed,double wardrobe and desk.Plenty of power points,remember to bring adaptors,Though they are cheap to buy there. There is a patio outside each room with a small table and chairs.
