"The house is very comfortable. But there were a couple of loose boards on the porch that could have been a tripping hazard had we not seen them first. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were not properly cleaned, so we had to clean them before we could use them. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. "

"This was a perfect location and home. The home was perfect for 13 people it was roomie and relaxing. The pool was an added bonus that we really enjoyed. "

"We had a nice stay. Beach is beautiful and has been expanded from what the pictures in the listing show (as of March 2025. Google maps and Apple maps were not yet showing it either) Beach access is still just a short walk away. There is a dune now too but there is an access bosrdwalk. Very convenient. Property is showing some signs of wear, but nothing that would stop us from returning."

"This home was a great spot for our family. We enjoyed the location and view so much we didn’t want to leave. I believe the owner will be working on the front door and a new oven but they accommodated us well when there was an issue and there was very good property management. Phone systems are sometimes prone to issues being on an island but 911 still works! "
