"Initially staff were nice during check in but when asking for additional blankets and shuttle questions staff became irritated as if they had to go above and beyond from what their norm is. Room had many flies and areas in the bathroom were not maintained sufficiently. There were multiple scenarios I witnessed during our 7 hour stay due to a layover at the airport. Two guys requested a new room after noticing blood stain on their mattress/sheets. Morning after while walking to the shuttle a lady...

"Bathroom was falling apart. Shower curtains were ripped, rod was bent. Toilet took forever to flush. Nightstand lights did not work. Door for bathroom not screwed on properly. There was a table that hung out in the middle of the room and the corner looked like it was hit into many times, definitely a possible liability there. Room had musty smell. Area covered with homeless. Most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed."
