"Very well-maintained property."

"Lovely warm and cosy room. Very comfortable. Just want you want when planning a trip to the area with the changing seasons. Great location for Downley Hill walks, West Wycombe and Princes Risborough, Aylesbury, Thames and Oxford. "Great friendly staff, I enjoyed my stay and it was great value for money."

"Great option and very nice peaceful area"

"👍"

"Very friendly staff"

"Two beds provided, can hear the noise next door. It said it was ‘No Smoking’, but the staff could do nothing when the man next door kept smoking!"
