"Perfectly pleasant. A couple of minor maintenance issues and some noise overnight of other guests coming in from creaky floors and loud doors, but overall a reasonably place to stay for a night or two."

Firstly took over an hour to access as there’s no staff on site despite claims there is staff.
Smashed tv with broken glass,kettle didn’t work and kept switching off,no smoke alarm,huge crack in the outside pane of the window,hole in the bathroom door, the room was beyond freezing,shower didn’t work,uncomfortable bed full of springs,pillows paper thin,and no proper duvet just a paper thin shiny sheet.

"Acceptable accommodation for a short break and good location from which to explore North Norfolk. Banged my head on low hanging ceiling lights a dozen times in two days, fortunately no damage done. There is definitely room for improvement but wouldn’t want to complain too much as I think hosts are trying to make the best of a less than perfect situation."
"Great location. It was ideal for what we needed it for. We found it hadn't really been cleaned properly. Bits of chedder crisps left underneath the side table . We had to wash up most of the bowls and saucepans before use as had dried bits of food on them. My son dropped a small toy that rolled just under the bed in the main bedroom, it was filthy under there. Think they do the bare minimum clean between each guests. "
"Not a great experience, we checked in on a Saturday. The place is quite dark and cold. I sent a message to the owner on the Saturday with no response. We woke on Sunday morning with no hot water and despite any messages, it is now Monday and still no response. We ended leaving the place early and checked in somewhere else."
"Cute petite cottage with lots of charm. Good location for exploring. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud - my favourite part! Would definitely stay again and recommend."
"Although a one-bathroom cottage with a downstairs shower looked initially to be difficult for our party of five, we quickly came to terms with it and enjoyed our stay. With bedroom windows opened we enjoyed the early morning views and sounds of the north Norfolk coast. The property was ideally located close to downtown Wells. All in all - a hit👌"
