"The stay wad good, but I was a little upset, that the site said they did offer shuttles and the did not have one to take me to the airport. I had to pay an extra $50 for an uber. Which I was trying to avoid by staying at a hotel with a shuttle. Other then that the stay was fine."

"Basic, no frills, but clean, comfy & safe feeling. Appreciated the unexpected free upgrade to a King Suite. Close proximity to PNC Music Pavilion, which was why were there. Didn't use the pool area because of timing, but I often choose hotels taking their pool area into consideration & I would have been disappointed if I had booked this hotel for the pool area. Tiny pool at the back of the hotel. Pool area just seemed kind of gloomy-ish overall. Free basic continental breakfast was edible, but...

"We have stayed at many hotels in Charlotte for many soccer tournaments over the years. Hands down, these were the most comfortable beds and quiet rooms especially when you know there are a bunch of soccer players staying with you. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Too bad our player is off to college to play - we would definitely stay again. "
