Me quedé con mi esposa y mis dos hijos de 9 y 7 años, ellos super contentos en dormir en litera, y nosotros de nuestra cama de buen tamaño. También nos ayudaron con buenas recomendaciones de actividades para los días que estuvimos ahí, teníamos ya algunas ideas, y ellos nos ayudaron a aclarar el panorama y hacer las reservaciones, todas un éxito rotundo :-p. "The location is so wonderful! It’s far away enough from downtown that cars don’t bother you, yet close enough to quickly go anywhere you might want. The decoration of the rooms is pretty, and the owners were absolutely amazing! Bugs can sneak in under the door, but not horribly. And I never figured out the shower… could be a me thing. Overall such a wonderful stay!"

"The whole staff at the hotel were excellent. They were very helpful with recommendations and were genuinely concerned, that we have a pleasant experience. The room that we spent our first night in was going to undergo some type of reparation. So the staff offered us a much nicer room with a view of the volcano for no extra charge. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future. "

"We stayed here as a family of 4 in March with two teenage boys, in the family room. It had a frosted glass door entrance, and then beyond that was two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One bedroom had two twin beds and a TV, the other had a queen bed and no TV. Bathroom had a standup shower. Water was plenty hot but the pressure is very low. Heads up you cannot put toilet paper in the toilet here, has to go in the garbage can. Breakfast was in the dining area down the hall. You have two options of...
