"Brilliant central location and staff were lovely and helpful. The room was a great size and had an ensuite shower room. Some cleanliness of the ensuite was lacking, and there was noise of people in the shower rooms and toilets near our room, but everything else was really good. "

"Brief stay overnight before catching an early flight from Bristol. Wish we could have stayed longer - the hotel was perfect and just what we needed. We arrived after last check in at 9pm due to traffic and I was extremely worried about not being able to check in (we were travelling with young children) but the hotel was so accommodating and showed us to our room straightaway. The whole place was clean and spacious and the beds were so comfy. We will definitely stay again. "

"Good size carpark around the building. Quick check on all information given Room was up a flight of stairs. Spacious room and bathroom too Bed is super comfortable Wifi excellent Shower was hot and powerful. The decor was rather drab and worn. Breakfast included Evening meal was at the Hungry Horse next to the hotel, great value menu and good choices available. Location on the outskirts of the village. Just off the M5 Would stay again if in the area"

"A small traditional hotel convenient for a short walk to Bath town centre. Although the facilities were dated it was very clean & in good working order. The beds were comfortable. Parking was free & very convenient. A good place to stay. "

"The hosts were friendly and helpful. The drive up to the house was very rough so not good for our car. A sign on the road would also help as property was quite difficult to find. No locks on the doors was a little bit worrying with leaving valuables in our room. However a beautiful house. We were made very welcome and breakfast was good even though there was not a porridge option. We would stay again. "
