"Clean. Rooms seemed soundproof. Spacious room with microwave, kurig coffee maker. No safe though. We prefer this hotel bc there's no carpetting in the rooms which is ideal for allergy sufferrers. Ease of parking. Great location to restaurants, mall, shops, and a movie theater. 45 min. nice drive to/from Sandbanks. Breakfast is very good. "We had a pleasant one-night stay at this property. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, with a lovely small park and a small beach right in front, which is perfect for families with young children. We also appreciated having a TV in the room so we could watch a FIFA match during our stay. The room was a little small for two adults and two children, but it was manageable for one night. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a calm location."
