"For $200 a night I don't expect perfection, but at the very least expect a clean room and a hotel that is in decent condition. The hotel itself is a little more beat up than other Holiday Inn Express sites I have stayed in. The manager was friendly and accommodating so absolutely no issues there. My main issue was the cleanliness of the room. Upon entry, room 111 was musty/stuffy and felt damp. "This was a real hidden gem! It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were more than we expected. I was extremely surprised to find Crabtree and Evelyn products in the bathroom! (some times it's the little things). We would definitely stay here again!"
