"The welcome from the staff was very good but the hotel itself was very disappointing. The bathroom floor was sticky and the toilet itself still had signs of a previous occupant. We knew breakfast was going to be extra but 8am is too late a start and the choice of only cooked food meant we didn't have time."

"I’ve been staying for one night or more for the last ten years. I mostly stay in the ‘basic’ single rooms. A bed, floor to ceiling cupboard, a sink, desk/chair, tea/coffee stuff, and an easy chair to relax on. The toilet and shower room are both within close proximity. These rooms are set up for people staying for courses so are pretty comfy really. Breakfast is included in the price and is self-serve buffet. Either a cooked meal, pastries, juices, fruit, yoghurt, toast, and sometimes...

Beautiful apartment,
No communication when I was asking for wifi password as the TV was not working properly could not find the wi fi router, definitely not in the apartment. Just wanted to watch the final of the world Cup , went to the local pub instead The Goddard brilliant friendly pub.
The bedroom next to the bathroom part of the carpet was always wet after shower needs attention ASAP looks like a long term problem.
Apart from that its beautiful clean , would stay...
"The staff were great and friendly, food was really good, especially the breakfast. The bedroom was really comfortable and the bed, pillows etc excellent.
Stair carpets are tired and stained which gives a negative impression, could be rectified at not too much cost.
