"This property was exactly as listed and communication was wonderful. Like many places in Europe, there is no AC so our 3rd floor studio was hot during the recent heatwave. We kept things closed up during the day and then opened windows at night. The building is conveniently located next to Coop City which had a grocery store in it that was very helpful for acquiring breakfast and lunch items. Many attractions (Lake Geneva (flower clock and jet d'eau), The Museum of Ethnography, shops of all...

"Unfortunately, our experience with City Pop got off to a very poor start. The check-in process was a nightmare. I called the contact number twice and, after speaking to someone and then being disconnected, I never received a call back. We had been given an access code, but we still could not get into the property.

The shared bathroom was ok (since there are only three rooms on each floor, it was always available when we needed it). There is a kitchen on the main floor, but thy keep the fridge locked when staff is not on site (3pm to 7am). All in all an ok place, but very basic."

"Prima verblijf.
