"Room was not that clean."

"Rooms smelled like smoking rooms and when brought up to staff and management was told it was a chemical smell they use to put on the air filters and only offered to have housecleaning come in and spray Fabreeze. Nothing done to help compensate as my family have several allergies and was becoming sick by the time we left. Was there for a family funeral so not much options for us to do anything else in short period of time."

"Wouldn't recommend. Shampoo no soap, Apparently they are running out of towels, The noise from mechanical room made it sound like an air compressor was running in our bathroom every 20 min. Stains on the sheets and the property was poorly lite. Can't understand the girl working at front desk, poor English and talks with her hand over her mouth like she's trying to sneak some past you."

"The night time attendant was phenomenal! Super kind and helpful. The rollaway bed was stained so she found a new one then put a mattress cover over it. Super helpful for us. I would definitely stay again."
