"I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were...

"Excellent location for a stay over after a night out in Preston. Super clean, straight forward check in/check out. Really quiet. Overall a great experience. "

"Plenty of hot water , shame shower wasnt up to much (not a power shower by any stretch) we found double bed and settee not comfortable. Nice spot , but it is a very steep drive down to cottage , we walked to Skipton via the top road which wasnt really walker friendly , on our return weather took a turn for the worse so an uber was booked which was a good call as we thought a wet back road would definitely hazardous. Not sure we would return at over £200 per night ."

"The house is nothing special but the bed was comfortable to sleep in and it was in the location we needed to visit family. The kitchen smelled like something was rotting, I think the bins hadn't been disposed of properly before we arrived. There also weren't any towels even though the advert says there will be. It's an okay place to stay as long as you're not expecting luxury."
