"The whole area of WIlkes-Barre, PA is not the best, but the hotel it’s self was in a convenient area to things, and clean. The continental breakfast was decent, and the staff were responsive to needs."

"Check-in was easy. The was in good condition and clean. The bathroom was very good, apparently recently updated. Breakfast was good with hot eggs and sausage, plus numerous other food choices. "

"The room was just the right size to be accessible with a scooter but not so much it drives up the price point. Nice dining area...I'll check that out in the morning. Very friendly staff. The pool has a lift for those that can't walk or jump into the water."

"It was kind of tucked in behind another hotel and was difficult to see where it was. The staff were great as well as the rooms and breakfast."

"Room was a bit small for the three of us, the gaps between the beds and walkways was tight. The sink is outside the bathroom so it was difficult to get washed and dressed in private in the morning. The desk were my husband was working restricted access to the coffee machine and walkway. The layout was restricting. But overall it was clean. "

"The pillow sheets were dirty (possibly blood stains) and couldn't get replace :( We were not happy but it worked to stay overnight. Breakfast coffee wasn't good at all either. I wouldn't recommend. "

"Big, clean, quiet, comfortable room. Fast and friendly reception. Only issue is they continue to automatically add optional charges, such as local historic fees. It should be enough that I gave them the privilege of hosting me. I have never understood special taxes snd fees on tourists and travelers, as if we don't have a choice where to visit and stay."

"For our purposes (quick one-night stay), it was fine. Has the bones of a really nice place, but once you hit the floors with the rooms, it gets a little shabby quick. We were greeting upon arriving by a couple employees smoking right outside the main doors. Wasn't the first impression we were hoping for. "
