"Nice people running the place but rooms are a bit dated. The curtain in our room was torn and tattered and you couldn’t turn the air conditioner off. We had an electrical storm about 8:00 pm which caused a power outage for the area. No the hotels fault but the power was off over night. No hot water in the morning and all of the food service was shut down. Again, nothing the hotel could do about that but it made our stay a lot more complicated. "

Mattress is terrible old, I'm rolling out to the centre, telephone I'm the room doesnt work try to call front desk or other rooms it always forward me to voicemail I tried to report all these issues to front desk but FD is always busy only one person, they're friendly but busy. "A pure hidden gem. Tay Motel exceeded all of my expectations. The Managers Dayna and Jay were extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the fire pit and the ability to walk to a great fishing area. It was an amazing stay and I definetly will be going back. "
