"優點： 1. 飯店地點很好，海雲台大街就在旁邊，距離地鐵站也很近 2. 新飯店，非常乾淨 3. 房間隔音好 4. 床鋪非常好睡 5. 飯店後門有一間超大的7-11 缺點： 1. 我預定兩房，中間的房間沒有窗簾(優點就光線很好，缺點就是一早陽光就打進來了) 飯店人員表示他們每間房都一樣，中間的都沒窗簾 2. 櫃檯人員雖熱情，但英文程度不太好，溝通起來有點困難(但還是有很積極協助處理問題) 3. 廚房空間很大收納櫃子超多，但沒有提供任何的餐具，感覺很奇怪 旅遊日期是2026.04，除了大廳跟房間以外的公共空間都還未開放(有些還裝潢中)，希望下次有機會能提驗餐廳"

"I stayed at this aparthotel for twelve days. Overall, it’s a great value. The area surrounding it is very convenient for buying groceries and beach walking. On the weekdays, I had a very relaxing stay as if in my own home. However, there were some dealbreakers for me. Pros: New construction, new appliances, great kitchen, clean washer AND dryer Double layer windows and doors (equal to quadruple pane glass) top insulation and soundproofing* Beautiful ocean view Radiant floor heating Bathroom...

"The floor was dirty when we checked in. The shower was not well cleaned. Mold was starting to grow in the shower area. The AC did not work. Instead of cooling the room, the room would get warmer when the AC was turned on. On multiple occasions the door or window had to open to cool the room."

"Not recommended even though location is good. When we arrived at 1pm, no one was attending the reception desk only leaving a sign of lunch break and local phone number. When we came back to check in, no one was there even though it was past their lunch break time already at 2:45pm. We searched every floor before we found a cleaner who called the receptionist. It turned out that check in time is at 4pm so they did not let us in at all so we wasted almost 2 hours only to be told we couldn’t check...
