"The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. There were some shady characters cruising the parking lot, which was a little unnerving. The swimming pool area was closed and we were not told about it when we checked in. Overall, it was a good value for the money."

"Room was small and the floors needed a good mopping even though they appeared clean. We had to tighten the toilet seat because it nearly fell off when we raised it. "

"Our room was recently renovated and very charming with the southwestern decor. It was very clean, had a comfortable bed and convenient to downtown Santa Fe. Very cool history of motel along the historic Route 66. Glad I read reviews as I wouldn’t have chosen based on roadside appeal…don’t let that fool you! "

"On our trip to NM this was by far our favorite hotel we stayed in. The staff was amazingly friendly. Helpful with directions and advice regarding the area. Some rooms have a fridge and microwave, while the suites have a full kitchen. Breakfast was very good as well. They are large and clean. Laundry was a bit expensive 2.50 for each, takes quarters. "
