"Wonderful hotel with friendly helpful staff. Situated near the river and in the heart of the town."

"The property needs a serious overhaul looking very dated in decoration. Old wall paper on the walls with marking on the paper , carpets need a refresh , small tv which needs to be replaced with a new tv on the wall. Bathroom shower worked but needs a new shower as i couldnt properly turn the shower off after use. Minamul tea facilities in room. Veru poor standard of accommodation but it was quite cheap hotel . Think i will book a different hotel next time"

"I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process"

"It was ok but what I did not really like is that after booking, they took me to some where else. It was comfortable and nice. Also central area. Wasn't really a bad idea to stay there in the end. The people I met there were nice people "

"Basic Room, with no TV or Coffee making facilities in the Room, but it had a Community Kitchen in the Flat for all to us, nit bad"

"Excellent home from home facilities. I like to stay here as I often work locally but live far away. Well equipped kitchen lets me eat better than if I stayed in a hotel or B&B. Friendly & efficient host/service"
