"Shower head broken I need to fix for bath all day no one came do it ."

"The hotel was very well located with access to metro stations very close, as well as a short walk from Chatelet- Les Halles. Staff were extremely welcoming, and out room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided."

"Picked this hotel somewhat randomly in the area I was looking to stay. It's a typical Paris hotel, not roomy but perfectly fine. Clean, everything works, nice window on the street that you can open (!). Staff very helpful and friendly. So a very good deal given the price relative to other hotels in the area. Perfectly fine for someone who really just needs a bed to sleep in at night. Heating works. Did not have breakfast."
