"I did not stay at the property, I arrived too late to check in. My only real complaint is that it was not that clear in the booking that check in had to be before a certain time...either before or after the booking. Please make the check-in time more clear in your listing, thank you"

"O.k. for a one night stopover. Room was a bit basic though (studio like in basement). Had some electrical problems - sockets not working except in kitchen area (reported on checkout) and switch for lounge lights also turned off only bedroom light (awkward). Kitchen area had some rubbish left on counter top and freezer boxes needed clearing out (even had some food items in there). Aside from that it was o.k. Good location for my needs."

"It was a basic hotel. Nothing to write home about. It was passable."

"Very helpful staff. Good location for the Olympia. Great price. Italian cafe opposite for breakfast."

"We booked a family room and was pleasantly surprised - the beds were comfy, the room was clean and spacious - I was very happy it was a 2 room setup! There was a nice TV in each room, charger for each bed but no glassware/cups. The balcony was great but could be a risk for small children and the lock to it was broken, also the air conditioning wasn't working but considering it was September it wasn't too bad. I would definitely go back if I needed to do London in the winter months!"
