"Other than people smoking/vaping outside their room and not enough parking. There should be reserved parking, one spot per room and designated parking for visitors elsewhere. I have a handicap tag and could not park near the room."

"The hotel is being improved by its fairly new owners, 2 lovely, friendly ladies who bent over backwards to help us with the few problems we encountered. It’s a work in progress but the hosts couldn’t want to make your stay better and go above and beyond for their guests. Included in the price of the room was a delicious, freshly cooked breakfast. Thank you both of you for your hospitality, you deserve to succeed in life and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we are ever near Chase"

"Very modern and clean rooms. From my room on the top floor at the back there was an amazing view. There are bbq's in close proximity to most rooms as well as a covered area with a couple large bbq's and benches. Great place for a family reunion, group of friends get together or just a quick get away. Would highly recommend to anyone"

"When the pub shuts down, very loud with patrons leaving or going into their rooms. "

"We stayed in cabin 3, which is a basic one bedroom that had a nice lake view. The cabin itself was clean, and if you were planning on cooking would adequate. There was a dresser and various hooks, and some shelves for belongings. It is advertised as having a sofa bed, but this is not the case. There is a low, wood frame, single bed, like a child’s bed almost, which does not in any way provided a sofa like place to sit. This was a disappointment seeing at the only indoor seating option were...

"The resort was on the lake so a beautiful location. Just a bit far from any town."

"I took a while for the owner to answer the bell. After that the service was very good. My room didn't have a microwave so they let me use the microwave in another room that was not being used. The room was clean and tidy. The door handle was a little loose but it worked fine. There was a nice covered area with tables to picnic. Though I didn't use it there is a communal fire pit. Overall an enjoyable stay. I would stay there again."
