"What a lovely little place to stay. I stayed here whilst working in Chichester for a week. The flat is clean, modern and fresh. Ideal for the beach as only 2 roads away. Handy coop just up the road and a few eateries across the road. The location is very quiet. Ideal for some peace and relaxation. It felt very newly renovated with a homely beachy modern feel. "The property was beautifully presented. The host went the extra mile leaving some basics like milk, bread , tea and coffee plus a few treats which my children especially apprieciated. I would highly recommend to anybody!"

Beds clean and comfortable. 2 bathrooms but only 1 shower en-suite in 1 of bedrooms with a glass door which would have been difficult had we not been staying with family. Generally the property could do with a thorough clean. Lots of built up dust on skirting boards and radiators.
