"We were greeted by host who made some fairly disparaging remarks aimed at me as a woman driver which was less than welcoming. The photos provided were flattering and host instructions draconian especially regarding the heating - if additional heating required over and above the 30 minutes in the morning and similar in the evening you had to request it from the host.
