"The location is really great - quiet yard not far from the city center. The price is a bargain. The hotel used to be a cool place once. Now it’s not maintained properly. I did not have room service for 3 days, shower knob is broken and nobody cares. And they actually do not serve breakfast there."

No one speaks English but they make a big effort in trying to understand and comply to requests.
