The check-in front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. Everything I needed for my room was provided, and extras also. "A very good stay and the room was very large and nice. The staff was professional, and the breakfast was excellent. Although the property was a bit dated, not a real issue and would stay here again when in Tuscon. My only complaint was that during a stay of 3 nights, the room was never serviced (beds made, trash removed). "

"Staff friendly, Lilyana got us quickly in checking in. Room was clean. Free breakfast was ok. Upon check out, hotel rep explained that the $100 security deposit will be refunded back to the bank card used within 7-10 days."

"Was in town for a show at the Fox theater. Was an easy walk to and from the show to the hotel. We also found a great restaurant right next to the theater. Worked out perfectly. The room was clean, quiet and well appointed."
