"We had some problems of a foul smell in our bedroom but the staff was very attentive and did everything they could to help. When the issue couldn't be resolved, they switched the rooms. Everything we requested was taken care of, we were very pleased with the service."

"The location was amazing for getting around Verona--we were in the middle of it all BUT coming home each night to sleep was a bit of a nightmare. The bed was EXTREMELY firm--hardly better than sleeping on the floor. The curtains had cigarette burns in then, the decor was quite dated, and there was lipstick left on the glass in the cabinet. A great 2 star hotel that should be rated as a high 3 star. 10 minutes from Verona; free parking in court yard; friendly family run hotel; the room was very clean and roomy; breakfast was fantastic!
