"Good a/c, spacious apartment and many kinds of birds around. However, the maintenance of the facility can be improved and it would be nice if the manager could go over the essential when guests arrive rather than having guests to discover issues( broken curtain rod, moldy coffee maker and missing keys for patio glass doors etc) related to their stay. Sadly, the house is only two year old but deteriorates beyond its age. "

"Well I would have to say the the location was great. Right in the jungle and close to the beach and walkable to town. My son and I enjoyed ourselves their. The only thing that was an issue was the comunication and the room we got. Now first i will say that the cabin we got met our needs well. However it was not the cabin we reserved. Somehow on checken their was a miscommunication. We got their early and asked if we could store our luggage. We put our luggage in one of what we thought was an...

"We discovered that we LOVE Casa Marbella, one of the highlights of our visit to Costa Rica this time! Family owned and run, one of the oldest hotels in Tortugero, the Casa Marbella staff provides friendly, expert, and excellent customer service (boat taxi pick up at the airport, guided tours by boat and in the preserve, etc.) The hotel is small, right on the river, and quiet. We loved staying here and definitely would go back."

"They were doing construction early in the morning at 8am eventhough the site said they would be done with construction da6s earlier. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. And to make things worse the water was cut off te morning we cyecked out. Could not shower."
