"I can’t say enough about the property and the staff. We stayed in the Caribbean breeze cabin for 6 nights and it was an amazing experience. You are about 7 minutes from town in a beautifully manicured area which the staff takes care of all day long. The property is tucked just into the jungle off the beach so you get the best of both worlds. This is a place that will always hold a special place in our hearts and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience."
"Great place to stay!! Loved everything about it. It's in the jungle, so there's animals around. Monkeys, frogs, sloths, and others. Breakfast is delicious 😋 staff is friendly. Rooms are spacious. The beach is right across the street with plenty of food options around. Would absolutely recommend!"
"The Bungalows is an excellent place for vacation -both couples and families like. I would love to come back with kids and grandchildren, so they can enjoy the beach, the jungle, the pool, the playground ping-pong, billiards, foosball, just the grounds in general. The staff was absolutely delight and many spoke English. They were only a couple of minor issues, e.g one electrical outlet didn’t work.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay."
"The staff was amazing! Like unbelievably amazing!
Greeted at the dock, luggage taken care of, greeted with fresh watermelon juice, chef cooked such delicious meals (dessert included), housekeeping cleaned 2-3 times a day, cooper hooked us up with tours, everything was great and relaxing.
3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the national park, 5 minute walk to the village. "
"Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, zeer ruime kamer. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid.
"Every member of the staff was amazing. Everyone was welcoming and seemed genuinely happy to make my stay the best I could possibly be. The food was delicious. the tours were personal and led by very knowledgeable guides. If you don’t have time to do all of the activities, and if you’re there for nature, I recommend skipping the jungle hike to the top of mountain. It’s no more than a walk up a bunch of steps to a lookout point."
"Hotel is great, just a little bit too far from town.
Asked for some ice and was never delivered, also told me they charge a cork fee for my wine to open in my room."
"En las habitaciones las ventanas no tienen más que un cedazo, por lo consiguiente todos los sonidos de afuera se escuchan asi como la visibilidad hacia adentro de la habitación en la noche"
"The most beautiful property we stayed in all of our time in Costa Rica! The host is super sweet and shows you all the best spots to see animals and gave us great food recommendations! 10/10 we would stay again!"
