"The staff at this hotel are nothing short of incredible. They go out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable and taken care of. We did all the tours with their partner Tuanis Tours and found the guides knowledgeable and fun. All the tours went on a little longer because the guides were determined to make sure we saw all animals possible. They even made the tours enjoyable the few times we got caught in the rain. "Off start, upon arrival staff was not warm or welcoming, which after 16 hours of travel via plane and then car, this was disheartening. We were able to check in approx one hour early but when we entered the room were very disappointed. The doors were wide open which personally I didn't appreciate. The TV didn't work the whole time of our stay and the AC wasn't blowing properly. The bed spread had stains from previous guests. The pool area was dirty and not well maintained for it being the start...
"Cet hôtel est au milieu de 2 autres hôtels, l’evergreen et le Monkey, reliés par un chemin goudronné. Nous étions les seuls clients dans celui ci donc pas de buffet.
L’hôtel est insalubre, aucune propreté, nous sommes restés 3 nuits et aucun ménage dans la chambre, nous avons dû nous sécher pendant 3 jours avec les mêmes serviettes à raison de deux douches par jour. La chambre est moite, très humide, ce qui rend le sol glissant.Aucun confort mais vraiment aucun.

"Der erste Eindruck war ernüchternd, da von dem üppigen Bewuchs rund ums Haus, der auf den Fotos zu sehen war, nichts mehr übrig ist. Juanita, die leider kein Englisch spricht, hat uns mit einem sehr leckeren Fruchtshake begrüßt und auf Nachfrage konnten wir ihre Waschmaschine nutzen. Weiterhin hat sie einen Guide organisiert der uns verschiedene Touren anbot.
