"No cleaning of the room at all throughout my stay! There was black mold growing from the ceiling and walls. There were roaches everywhere and the odor was sickening! The sheets weren’t clean and the bed wreaked of cigarettes. I decided to pack up and leave my 3rd night there and a found better place to stay."

"Very quick and easy check in/out. Very clean room, nice shower, all for a great price."

"The room was spacious, clean and smelled nice. It was packed with everything we needed and more. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!"

"When asked if we could have an extra pillow, they told us they were four in the room. The room only had three. We asked for an extra blanket on an open hotel and they said they didn’t have any. They put a hold on my card not only for the deposit but an additional $72 unknown charge for over seven days. We will not be...

"Great place to stay."

Our room was spotless, very nice, and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and everything we needed to start our day! The location is fantastic! Everything downtown is within walking distance, including restaurants, bars, and local attractions, which made exploring Huntsville...

"Bring an iron not all rooms have them if any does. Stay was great and lovely rate. Will stay again."

"Not impressed, kinda skimpy on towels and washcloths and had our neighbors smoking in the stairwell not to mention the a/c unit was struggling mightily to keep the room cool, won’t stay there again anytime soon."

"The staff was great! However the room I was assigned had an odor. I was assigned a different room. It was a little better. However I think the ventilation is not good. The carpets were dirty and the counter in the bath had a big Crack. I was told there is no room service. Therefore you need to bring dirty towels to front desk to get clean ones. There is no one at the desk. You have to ring a bell for service. Lobby was okay. But there were large dead plants sitting on the counter. This was...
