"We booked our stay when we landed but apparently that wasn’t enough time. They took the booking and we were standing at the door with our luggage late in the evening only to find out then that they wouldn't let us stay due to the time we booked. So, I’m not sure why it was available for booking. Then the response time to get my money back was very slow, 24 hours or more. We ended up paying double for a place to stay down the street. "Great property and well managed. Convenient to Frostwood gondola and good amount of space with up to date appliances and technology. Experience was well managed through email, etc.. Things were clearly laid out and check in and check out smooth. "

"This is our 3rd time staying at the Westgate for Christmas. It is centrally located in Canyons Resort. The amenities are fantastic! The apartment was clean and comfortable allowing us to have a nice family after skiing Christmas Day. We would stay here again. "

"The suite is spacious and has two comfortable king-size beds. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and everything was very clean. We loved using the two outdoor hot tubs in the snow and walking around the Canyons village. The owner was very responsive and amazing. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this suite to other families. "
