"The condition of the property was unacceptable, and we chose not to stay as a result. Despite this, our request for a refund was denied at the time, although we were told a refund for the second night might be considered. Unfortunately, we have not received any follow-up communication.
Additionally, the property did not match the images ներկայաց when the reservation was made, which was very disappointing. Given the circumstances, we are extremely dissatisfied with our experience and respectfully...
