"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by how excellent the interior was. There are several common areas including a full kitchen and all are well maintained and well thought out. Very beautiful."
"All good for a cheaper hotel. Pass on the cheapest room and book the studio room. Wifi was in and out but mostly working in the room. Good signal in the lobby."
"El personal fue muy amable, pero tuvimos problemas con la televisión por cable, prácticamente no funcionó durante nuestra estadía, la habitación estaba ok, pero la ducha era casi imposible de regular, o tiraba agua muy caliente o tiraba agua muy helada, el desayuno no era rico y los plátanos maduros eran servidos helados, el resto si tenía una temperatura adecuada. En general el resto estuvo bien, solo con las observaciones antes mencionadas."
"Tolle Lage, das Zentrum ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück ist super, das läuft in Kooperation mit einem benachbarten Soda. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Zimmer sind ok, keine Klimaanlage, dafür kleiner Balkon und eine Dachterrasse vorhanden."
"little far from center of city but has restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. The ladies at the front desks went out of their way to help with our concerns. There was no hot water for shower and no air condition. Windows had to be opened invited bugs and noise."

"Although this place is very basic, with essebtially no electricity or service and we werent able to complete the second half pf our rafting due to heavy rains, wr loved this place. It was exactly what we expected. We stayed two nights, and brought snacks and just took in nature. The two waterfalls we were taken to were awesome,. Especially day 2. So many beautiful bird's. Bring a Headlamp, bug spray and a deck of cards or a book!"
"Excelente lugar para disfrutar de la naturaleza. Sus propietarios son muy amables, en especial Tim, quien nos recibió personalmente junto a su perro Coco. Las habitaciones son cabañas acogedoras, con vistas increíbles a las montañas y al volcán Turrialba desde algunos puntos.
La comida muy rica, fresca, bien preparada con amor. Recomiendo el lugar para personas que deseen descansar rodeadas de la verde montaña."

Auf unsere Nachfrage sagte man uns, dass dies zur Zeit wegen der Straßen Bauarbeiten erst wieder am späten Nachmittag verfügbar sei!
