"Tracte del personal i accés."

"Because the room we booked was for 3 people, but the one they gave us was set up for 2, and they added an extra bed in a very small space. Additionally, there was a very bad smell in the bathroom, likely from the plumbing, and the blankets and pillows were dirty."

"The location was great lots of places to eat bus to airport outside hotel train to city centre near by room service bad"

No faltaba ningún detalle"

"Quaint, rural hotel with local Spanish ambience. Basic room with all we needed for one night. Great meal and service. Staff very attentive and friendly. Overall, a very good experience."

"Cozy location, next to the University of Alcalá and city center"
