"A good budget stay very near Chichester. Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean, cooked breakfast delicious. The pub had a wonderful social feeling in the evenings with sea shantys being sung on the first night and a quiz the second. We recieved a warm welcome. "

"The woman sitting at a tiny table with a laptop got every room mixed up, I ended up in a family room with my sibling, my 2 elderly great aunts were put in a double and my great uncle ended up in a single room which was in the attic, she had no idea and obviously gave the rooms to all the wrong people despite me showing her my booking! The whole place smelt damp and was dirty throughout, the beds were disgusting as was everything else, couldn't wait to get out of that horrible old rundown awful...

"Extremely disappointing first stay. We arranged a 2:30pm check-in, but the accommodation was not ready until 30 mins later. On arrival, we were told to return in 10–15 minutes, only to be told again that it still wasn’t ready. This appears to be a recurring issue based on other reviews. The soft play area is outdated, dirty and unsafe, with broken equipment and a first aid box ripped off the wall. "Lovely room clean & tidy ,had a lovely stay there , the tap in bathroom was so slow took a while to get hot , but that was all that was wrong , would recommend this place to all my friends "
