"The hotel was great. Only down side no where to park only the NCP. £15 per 24 hours. No discount from the car park anymore where most reviews say that it does. Very disappointed with this as it does say on the description."

"I paid £38 for this room - which was about right- I wanted a bed for a few hours after a night out in Leeds - the hotel is opposite the station, so a great location. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was tired - the bedding and towels were clean - but the carpets, bathroom floor and shower tray were grubby. There was also a rip in my bedroom carpet. I got what I was expecting - but am glad I didn’t pay any more money."

"We arrived late evening after a wedding, the night porter was really helpful. I was asked for a further £100 insurance charge, we stayed on the Saturday night and this was not refunded to my account until Wednesday, 4 days later is unacceptable. This should have been refunded as soon as housekeeping had checked the room. There was a deduction of £3.80 with no explanation. We were looking forward to a good night sleep and a nice breakfast. I had booked two superior rooms but there was nothing...

"Noisy in the very early hours of the morning. People snoring in the other rooms or even moving in the bed was disturbing and squeaky. Was only using it for a very few hours to sleep but it didn't serve the purpose. The landlady is very nice but being nice doesn't mean you get what you need as a basic place to rest"
