The mattress in the main bedroom was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on and after the first night slept in the lounge, also there isn’t a table so they provide 4/5 small tables to eat off but 1 of these had 2 missing legs and another’s legs were about to fall off. "I was very shocked when we arrived at the property. The grass was up to our knees and there was so much rubbish just chucked on the grounds around the house. To be honest we didn’t stay, we got a taxi and came back on the train back to Grange over Sands. "

"It was our first overnight stay here and we were pleasantly pleased how conveniently located it was to the centre. Tea, coffee and sugar provided, a very comfortable double bed which was spotlessly clean and fresh and everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Car parking is directly opposite. "
