"Building was central which was good. As a single man the accommodation suited my needs. Heating didn't work in room and there is no lift. If you have problems with stairs, then this is not for you."

"Comfy bed but was up against the window which made it tricky to get to it to shut from the noise. It is a noisy room but this is expected due to the location and still managed to sleep fine. Booked for a concert and was cheap for the price so was perfectly OK for one night."

"Was close to everything we needed but the room its self not 100%"

"Had a very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room spotless and modern. All round a lovely stay and good value for money. Will be returning"

"Friendly staff, room was spacious and clean. The Stables is situated in great location to get to Liverpool by car or train as the train station is over the road. Parking is available on site."

"Great location, excellent accommodation and in a beautiful building. The staff were helpful and welcoming and the room was very comfortable. We were 2 nights mid week and experienced no noise at all. Really not sure if it would have got noisy at the weekend - such a sturdy, well built hotel not paper thin walls and windows like others!"

"Perfect stay! Great for groups and location is perfect"

"Perfect location for seeing the Everton game. It was really easy to get to - walking distance from Sandhills station, and also possible to walk into town. Area felt safe and was relatively quiet/calm. The only downside was that the bathroom had a strange smell. But otherwise the rooms were clean enough and for the price it was fine."

"Habitación sin ventana. Falta un poco de limpieza. Colchón cómodo. Hay secador en la habitación. Céntrico y con bares al lado."

"Lovely room, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious."

"Horrible dirty bed dirty floors sink was blocked the TV was not working the window was broken and no hot water from the sinks wud not Evan out a rat in thair rank"

"Great location, room wasn’t the cleanest, couldn’t work the heating"
