"When arrived the gentleman at the front desk was not very welcoming..not one smile. When we walked into our room there was a weird smell..like a cheap bathroom cleaner that was used to clean the whole room..turned on the AC only made it worse with a musty smell..clearly an older unit. Requested another room..which we did get..was much better. However..we heard every step made from the people above us. Was an ok experience for the money..not seeing how it got so many “excellent “ ratings though."
