"Check-in was easy and the hotel and room were both clean. The room had a stale/smoky smell at first, but opening the windows and running the fan helped. Wi-Fi was very slow, the TV was outdated, and there was no information in the room about amenities or pool hours. My biggest issue was the refrigerator. It was warm, heavily iced over in the back, and leaking badly. I reported it Thursday, but was told to put a towel beside it and that they would address it after I checked out Sunday. No replacement was offered, so I had to buy ice to keep my food cold. The hotel itself was fine, but I was disappointed with how this issue was handled."
