"We loved our stay at the shepherds hut. It was cute and cosy and led to a very relaxing few days. The bed was comfortable, we had everything we could possibly need and I am still dreaming about the shower! Our dog enjoyed the enclosed field and being able to explore and listening to the owls and donkeys while chilling out in the hot tub is an experience we won’t forget. Would also recommend picking up a pizza from ganache in Holsworthy if you’re planning to stay here!"

"Misleading information when booking stated that there was parking. There wasn’t parking at the hotel but on a nearby car park for £56 for the week !"

"The White Hart provides clean basic rooms at an excellent price."

"Excellent location. Great view. Comfortable room. Outside area could be more presentable."

"Fab place, no cars and feels really special with gorgeous grounds and lots of space. The pod was clean, bed and bedsheets clean and crisp. Enough pots, plates, cutlery etc to manage and spacious. Toilet/shower was clean with good water pressure. We had a really lovely stay and would highly recommend. 2 adults and 2 tweens, they slept on fishermen padded camp beds."

"Arrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. The place was immaculate, hosts are extremely friendly and everything about the trip was perfect and as described. We will certainly be returning."

"Amazing quiet and beautiful"

"Lovely self contained room, well thought out with everything we needed. Lovely kitchen area, wardrobe, air cooler, immaculate en suite. Great location, and landlord was friendly and gave us tips of where to get breakfast. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely property and friendly hosts. Listing on Hotels.com doesn't state number of dogs allowed, which is actually only one, but host was very understanding and accommodated us and our pets. Well located for exploring the North Devon coastal region, Bideford is lovely and we also had a great day at Westward Ho! Hot tub at the house was most welcome in the evening after a long day exploring the coastal path."

"A really lovely stay. The cottage was very pretty and the area was amazing. Really nice break from the stresses of home. Great for coastal walks. "

"Topp. Einfache Klasse. Angefangen beim Zimmer über Rads Frühstück. Absolut natürlich die Chefin "

"Friendly hosts. Peaceful getaway in a quaint cottage attached to the owners property with a lovely garden. "

"Had a lovely stay in the Owl's Roost. The hosts were so kind and couldn't have been more helpful. It was so peaceful being surrounded by fields. The cabin was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the bed was comfy! We will be returning again in the future."
