"We loved this place! It was clean, simple and really perfect for a stay in Lucerne. Breakfast was great and dinner option (extra) was really good! Common areas were excellent and comfortable. Was not too crowded in early October. We had a private room with private bathroom and the beds/pillows were amazing. Probably some of the best beds we had on a 2-week European trip. The room did not have a/c so in the summer, that might not be comfortable. We had a table lamp in our room but no outlets...

"Location was the main point. A bare bones approach, good enough for sleeping, nothing more. I guess this what you get in Switzerland in that pcice range, which was not low by any means."

The staff were incredibly helpful with all of my questions, the room was cleaned thoroughly every single day, and the surrounding view outside the hotel was absolutely incredible. I also loved the breakfast, which had plenty of variety every morning. Plus, the convenience is unbeatable since the bus station is just across the hotel. Highly recommended!"
