"Amazing staff and experience from the moment I walked through the doors. Helpful, knowledgeable, professional and just kind. Brilliantly clean room, freshly ground coffee… they’re doing it right."

"Clean and quiet room. Very relaxing after a long day of driving. Highly recommend."

"The location is good. Right of the freeway. The the girl at the check in desk was not very informative. I guess she's just assumed that we knew where the breakfast was and what time it was served and where the ice was. She seemed disconnected from helping guests. The room was fairly clean. Except for the ice bucket life. It had some sort of dirt on it I physically cleaned it. I took pictures of it. The room it self really lacked maintenance. There was water damage right by the toilet and sink....

"Was disappointed by dirty floors in the room. I knew it was a budget option but still expected floors to be mopped in the room at least occasionally. Bagels should have been tossed."

"Took a quick trip to see a friend who is ill. Stopped overnight in Effingham. Felt a warm welcome when walking in the door. Ram was especially helpful. On our way back home we stopped there again. Definitely recommend this motel!"

"great value & location, nice, comfortable, clean, studio 6, as always very dog friendly"

"For travelers with dogs, it's the best place in Effingham. & Convenient, even walkable, to some really good food. Close to I70"

"Room was not clean the TV didn't work I rented 3 rooms online and never will stay there again one of the rooms had broken lamps on all lamps and when they woke up coach roaches was running in all the pictures all rooms was dirty and smelled like bug spray we was all so tired we didn't relize till we woke up very disappointed"

"There were men behind the facility all night long…. Made me very uncomfortable. I don’t know if they had permission to be there or not."

"The room was recently updated, which was nice. Stop advertising that you have a pool, if it’s unusable! How frustrating is it, after 9 hours driving, you find a hotel, it has a pool, and it’s not open for your guests! We really should have some sort of refund for this false advertising!"
