"I didn’t like that we had to wait 2 hours to check in. We drove 6 hours to South Lake Tahoe to have a great time we got to front desk at 3:00 pm and the lady said we had to wait until 5 pm to check in when checking time was at 3:00 pm. "

"Older place but it has been upgraded nicely. Customer service was great. Location is perfect: on the water, places to eat and shop within walking distance. The room a/c is loud, it would be great if it had a lower speed so it would be quieter. The hair dryer has a diffuser attachment, great for us curly hair people! The fire pits, multiple seating areas, and outdoor games all add up to make it a really nice place to stay."

There appears to be homeless people sleeping behind the garbage bin, and it is gritty and dirty all around the building. My main issue was there clean or grassy area to walk or potty your dog….yet they charge a $25 pet fee. The desk clerk, Brianna, however was efficient and friendly, and gave an excellent welcoming."
