"Arrived, knowing the facility was undergoing renovation, and was placed in a room which was a disappointment - quite shabby. Half of the floor was under construction and had plastic sheeting so there was no access to the main desk nor restaurant without going outside. "We enjoyed the green space and the breakfast at this motel. Our room was really damp though. Not sure if it was because it was beside the laundry or because of humid weather or what. The room door wasn’t properly sealed so that may have been some of it. Although dated, the property did appear cared for. The beds were comfy. It’s a quiet place to stop when passing through."
